Mervin Martinez, President & General Contractor
Having been in the construction business for over 35 years, Mervin, a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been able to see all facets of the building industry, which is why he is able to provide customers with knowledgeable consultations and meticulous attention to detail.
Having started out in the framing and drywall business over 25 years ago, Mervin knows the importance of having a strong foundation when it comes to your construction project.
He has built strong relationships with Altima's sub-contractors, and by working as a team; Mervin, Karen and the rest of their employees will complete your project on time and exceed your expectations.
Karen Martinez, Vice President & Operations
As a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Karen Martinez understands how difficult it can be to own a business and work in real estate. She also knows how important it is to chose the right company for your project--which is why when choosing Altima Construction, Inc. you can be confident that you are in good hands.
In business since 1991, Karen has provided customers with guaranteed quality workmanship whether it be creating your very own custom home or redesigning a health facility. In addition to owning Altima Construction, Inc. Karen also owns Altima Real Estate and has been a licensed real-estate broker since 2000.
Running two successful business and having a family requires a lot of multitasking, but Karen always puts her clients needs first.
